User Experience + Interaction Design
In a nutshell, user experience and interaction design are critical to helping people find their way through a website or web application. We do this by figuring out what the user wants to accomplish, displaying useful content, instructional text and meaningful graphics, and providing intuitive pathways. The kicker is that we do all this in conjunction with satisfying business and functional requirements. Easier said than done, but a ton of fun!

• Strategy – expert usability review, competitive analysis, mapping user tasks to business objectives
• User Research – actionable findings and recommendations through user testing, content & task analysis, persona development, surveys, and usability testing
• Information Architecture – key path definition, flow diagrams, site mapping, wireframes
• Interface Design – documenting screen-level interactions and functionality
• Documentation – functional specifications, business requirements
